Baking has always been a passion of mine and what was once a hobby is now my business. After I matriculated from Rustenburg Girls High School in Cape Town I went to study at the Silwood Kitchens and completed a 3 year Grande Diploma. From there I went to London where I worked for various resurants as a pastry chef. The resturants I worked at include The Conran group, Waldorf Hotel and The Greyhound in stockbridge. After 5 years in London I came back to South Africa and have since been building up my business and baking up a storm!
